Coaching Sessions Information

Who is coaching for?
Everyone is different and comes to coaching at very different points of their journey and all have different fears and needs. For example.
You may:
Be struggling to exit a panic circle
(anxiety disorder, panic disorder)
Trying to cope, or overwhelmed with negative thoughts & or feelings, emotions, sensations in the body.
Have been to the doctors, had all the check ups and told there is nothing, but you are still experiencing a symptom, pain or sensation maybe they have said it’s anxiety?
Be avoiding places, people, panic, transport, work, eye contact, your thoughts, feelings, being on your own, food, sleep etc.
Be experiencing strong emotions that are now hard to control an effecting your relationships
Be Burnt out , stressed, cannot see a way out, unsure how to feel better.
Have already seen psychologists, CBT practitioners etc and not gotten answers to what is happening or what is causing, let alone how to exit.
Have what seems like all the elements but something is still missing.
Anxiety and panic coaching involves identifying the fear plus the primary causes and using a bespoke 1-5 strategy to exit this specifically.
Or you may have:
Noticed a pattern of stressful relationships but no idea why or what to do.
A goal you would like to achieve and not know how to get there feeling stressed and anxious, stuck.
Been feeling stuck as to why you cannot move any further in a goal, not knowing what’s stopping you.
Tried reducing medication, only to find the causes are still there coupled with the side effects and unfortunately feeling more likely to raise the amount rather than reduce and exit. The confidence you build up wavering.
Or maybe are looking to reduce medication but still do not know what is/was the cause.
Tried it all and nothing is working

Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is a type of talk therapy that helps individuals identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours. This is part of the anxiety and panic coaching and other issues.
Therefore the goal, is not to follow a ridged schedule that wouldn’t suit your needs, but to create one for your specific needs at that time of your journey.
The different parts to my role
✔ To assess, & help you to identify your fears and then to guide out of them, such as the fear of panic, agoraphobia, gad, social anxiety, relationship issues, work issues etc (dis-orders) circles. Using a bespoke strategy.
✔ To assist you to identifying the real primary causes of that circle, to collaboratively implement solutions you need to those causes and therefore to prevent high anxiety and panic, also empowering you with the skills you need to end the cycle and to see the changes you want.
✔ To empower you to work through exposure techniques to exit anxiety & panic disorders, phobias. Using the skills learnt with your bespoke strategy to effectively do this.
✔ To maintain those skills whilst, working through the primary causes and exiting those causes, building confidence.
✔ To introduce you the CBT principles and practices, to aide in identifying, negative beliefs, thoughts, behaviours and how to make helpful swaps.
✔ To guide you towards building the life you want whilst maintaining the tools you have learnt. Reflecting on what you want for your life.
✔ To support you through your journey
So why me?
I was in panic disorder and agoraphobia for 6 months in my early 20’s and became terrified of everything. The following information is to give you a sense of what the sessions can entail
A rough guide to what to expect?
Sessions start from a one-off to blocks of 5
1 x 50 Minute Online Session
Via Zoom : One off session
✔To answer any immediate questions you have and to offer some immediate guidance
✔We will talk about your experiences and where you are now
✔Look at ways in which you may have been caught up in an anxiety/panic circle in order for you to start to exit.
✔Learn tools in which you can begin to calm the body and mind
At the end of the session, you should be feeling less fearful and more confident, know what to do to help yourself calm the anxiety experience.
5 x 50 Minute Sessions
The Coaching Process
✔ Meet and greet: I get to know you, you get to know me, we will talk about your experiences, what prompted you to consider coaching, discuss your goals and future sessions.
✔The first session or two includes learning about anxiety, how we can become stuck in an anxiety circle & helping you to discover your own innocent habits and beliefs perpetuating the anxiety circle. Plus tools to quickly regulate the nervous system.
Collaboratively we will
✔ You’ll learn how to exit the anxiety/panic circle, using a bespoke strategy.
✔ We will take a holistic approach to find the causes of your anxiety, panic, burnout
✔ Begin using CBT Tools to find the causes also
✔ Or start exposure therapy, depending on your needs.
At the end of the 5 sessions, you should be feeling less fearful and more confident, knowing what to do to help yourself calm the anxiety experience, able to look for and help causes of anxiety in order to prevent.
A 5 session block allows you to see the effectiveness of the sessions & your ability to exit whichever fear is effecting you, now you have the information you needed. At the end of a session block, we review how the sessions are going, if you are seeing progress and if you would like to stop or continue. Both options are available.
10 x 50 Minute Sessions
The coaching process:
Subsequent sessions include, continuing with the skills learned, utilising these to help you to continue setting mini weekly goals specifically around your needs and wants. Actively working through the identified causes, using CBT tools to move forward, to help you to achieve a continued reduction in anxiety and prevention of panic, and high anxiety.
Collaboratively we will
Go through the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Principles and practices.
Continue with the previous work, skills consolidation, maintenance of the skills, set weekly realistic goals, small victories to lay the foundation for self-efficacy
Look at your present and future goals
At the end of the 10 sessions, you should be feeling less fearful and more confident, knowing what to do to help yourself calm the anxiety experience, able to look for and help causes of anxiety in order to prevent more anxiety. Be able to confidently use the tools today in and the future. Have a better understanding of yourself and know where to move forward for the next part of your journey.
11+ sessions
Then you can see yourself on your way to leaving old fears behind and turning the page to a new chapter in your life, wouldn’t that be nice?!

To be willing and ready to make changes/swaps
To try new things even when you don’t feel like it
To give yourself grace
